No returns will be accepted without previous return authorization. Returns must be clearly marked with a return authorization number (RA #). Any returns without return authorization will be refused. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.
In order to receive an authorization number for your return, please contact us either by phone at (800)527-2214 or by email at email@example.com, and let us know what you will be returning so that we may issue you a return authorization number.
Merchandise that has been worn or altered cannot be returned. All goods returned for reason other than defective merchandise will be assessed a 20% restocking fee, unless being exchanged (in which you are just subject to the shipping charges). Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please insure your returns in case they are lost in transit to us.
Custom merchandise cannot be cancelled once in production.
